Shipping & Returns


Our current lead time in getting our products to your door is 3-7 days. Please keep in mind that our products are made by hand, by real people! Good things take time, so please understand we need time to hand make, process and hand package your order, as we are not Amazon. You will receive an email with tracking number once shipped.

*Please note, due to Covid-19 USPS and UPS are experiencing shipping delays. We get the product to them as quickly as we can, but once in their hands we can only refer to the tracking number they provide us with. Thank you for your patience.

With warmer weather approaching we ask you to consider temperature/weather in your region when ordering our products. We ship Priority USPS and package with care, but melting can and will occur. True to our motto of “Happiness Plain and Simple” we do not use any preservatives or stabilizers and the chocolate will melt easily in transit during summer temperatures. Please consider purchasing an e-gift card and using it once the temperatures cool. 


Due to the consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Nevertheless, we believe in providing our customers with the best customer service possible! If something is wrong with your order upon its arrival, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do whatever we can to make the situation right.
