***SUMMER SHIPPING WARNING***
We ask you to consider temperature/weather in your region when ordering our toffee products. We ship and package every order with care, but melting can and will occur in some instances depending on heat during transit. True to our motto of “Happiness Plain & Simple” we do not use any preservatives or stabilizers and the chocolate will melt easily in transit during summer temperatures.
Please keep in mind that our products are made by hand, by real people! Good things take time, so please understand we need time to hand-make, process and hand-package your order, as we are not Amazon. Our order lead time can vary anywhere between 4-10 days. If you have questions regarding our current lead time please reach out and we are happy to discuss.

We are doing our best to get your orders shipped as quickly as we can, but once packages are in the hands of postal carriers, the speed in which they reach you is out of our control. We have seen shipments that get majorly delayed, and we have seen shipments arrive quicker than expected-- but that just goes to show how unpredictable the postal process is currently. USPS has admitted to slower processes, so please keep this in mind when ordering from us. We're doing our best, and so are our postal carriers.

ReturnsDue to the consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Nevertheless, we believe in providing our customers with the best customer service possible!
