Please keep in mind that our products are made by hand, by real people! Good things take time, so please understand we need time to hand-make, process and hand-package your order, as we are not Amazon. You will receive an email with tracking number once your order has shipped.

We are doing our best to get your orders shipped as quickly as we can, but once packages are in the hands of postal carriers, the speed in which they reach you is out of our hands (both literally and figuratively). We have seen shipments that get majorly delayed, and we have seen shipments arrive quicker than expected, but that just goes to show how unpredictable the postal process is currently. We appreciate your patience and kindness in advance.

**SUMMER WEATHER WARNING** Our product is made with high quality chocolate, and much like our motto: “Happiness Plain & Simple” we do not use any preservatives or stabilizers and the chocolate will melt easily in transit during summer temperatures. PLEASE consider weather prior to ordering our product. We want it to arrive to you in the best condition possible, which is tricky to gauge in HOT summer months. THANKS!

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Nevertheless, we believe in providing our customers with the best customer service possible!
